Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience working in digital production within the creative and media sector
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Experience in agreement negotiations with clients and vendors
Knowledge of Google products and platforms
Ability to lead teams of varying levels of production experience
Ability to manage stakeholder structures, serving as the primary point-of-contact and coordinating status reporting

As a Creative Producer in the Creative Works team, youll be responsible for the coming to life of the clients campaigns and activations. Making use of your outstanding communication, organizational and project-management skills, you’ll work with vendors, clients, partners, and other internal teams.
Whether spearheading the design of a prototype for a pitch, making use of technology for a YouTube live stream, or making sure the assets are optimized for our platforms, you will have passion for creativity, innovation, and production. With so many pieces in motion, it’s essential that you have the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and material risks.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the worlds biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a birds eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Manage multiple digital projects with deadlines from inception through to delivery across all Google platforms. Manage an ecosystem of partners, stakeholders, and sponsors both within Google and externally.
Lead and facilitate/participate in design thinking sprints for Googles key clients in all branding industry sectors, bringing groups of multiple stakeholders together to deliver on a brief.
Partner collaboratively to cross-functional disciplines, including Strategy, Creative/Creative Tech, Creative Business Partner, and Go-To-Market teams. Work with Agency, Marketing, PR, and Product teams.
Contribute experience in production and delivery, especially production requirements when launching projects using established or innovative technologies.
Demonstrate understanding of all things digital and technology, including the extensive suite of Googles products and tools.
