Be knowledgeable with facilities, activities, equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information.
Maintain set-up, order and cleanliness following the departmental standards of all beach and pool facilities and all areas.
Ensure guests amenities and towels are always readily available.
Conduct swimming activities and services for guest and members while giving proper instruction and safety reminders.
Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report problems.
Greet and escort guests to lounge chairs and present towels.
Replenishes guest supplies.
Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.
Maintains a daily cleaning checklist.
Meets with superior and takes on daily assigned tasks.
Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:
Being attentive to guests.
Accurately and promptly fulfilling guests requests.
Anticipate guests needs.
Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the guest experience.
Demonstrating a service attitude.
Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS
Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately
Reports unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor.
Complies with hotels health, safety and hygiene policy.
Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety Follow hotel procedures in relation to registration of guests and visitors and pool towel issue and retrieval.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotels emergency response procedures, particularly in the event of drowning and heatstroke. What we need from you
High school education.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Life guard and First Aid license. This job requires ability to perform the following:
Able to work in outdoor facilities
Ability to work in a team
